                                                 The Room

I looked around, the walls, they were moving.  I stood still, watching the walls shift slowly.  The walls changed shape.  Then they stopped.  The room was much smaller now.  I saw Cassie on the floor and I went to her.  As I turned around it changed shape!” screamed Cassie.  “I know, I know,” I replied.  I pulled Cassie up and hugged her. “I do not want to go through it again!” wailed Cassie.  “We do not have a choice,” I said.  As those words were spoken, the door opened and in stepped a woman.  “Time for your new life,” said the woman.

                                     The Camping Trip

I took a seat by the orange fire. I noticed the logs collapsed on each other.  I felt warm inside.  I was super excited to be here because this was our annual camping trip with my family.  The lake was wide and perfect for swimming in.  It was a peaceful location.  There was almost no one here, except for this other family with a little boy.  He was maybe five and he carried around a little stuffed crocodile.  I stood up and walked to our cabin.  Within our cabin was a kitchen and a bedroom.  I sat down inside and listened to the fire all night.

                                                     The Garden

I stopped and stared. It was humongous. It was shaped like a pot, with human legs sticking out of it. The yellow eyes were looking straight at me. I could not stop looking at the legs. They were striped with green, red and blue paint. What would a sculpture like this be doing in a garden? The sculpture seemed to tell a message, though I failed to find what the message was. It seemed out of place. I noticed the markings on the pot, they were designs. I felt strange looking at it. I grabbed my bag, and walked away.

                                   Animal Abuse

Greetings humans of earth.  Many of our dogs (and other animals) are being taken for animal testing.  Animal testing is where animals are being forced to breath in toxic chemicals so we can study their behavoir patterns. In many ways this is wrong.  One way is if the animals don’t meet the criteria, they will kill them.  Killing innocent animals is just one thing they do. Animals are being abused around the world.  They are used for makeup testing, cleaning product testing and so much more! Animals are also being captured and sent into zoos.  It’s really sad.
